This was a kit from Connecting Threads. I did the paper piecing, and had my very talented local quilt ship owner do the long arming for me. She used a sort of aqua color thread for the central part of the design, and a darker, sort of jewel tone variegated thread for the borders.
It now hangs on our cubicle wall at the office.

Sometimes kits are the perfect answer. Your piecing is marvelous and your quilter did a fabulous job. Thanks for sharing the photo.
