I found them at our Walmart. They are life savers!

WOW I never use them ... maybe I should

I had two pieces of fabric that had been washed and dried before I realized the white had turned pink. I had never used color catchers before. Bought some and rewashed the fabric and lo and behold it caught all of the color and the white is white again. I'll never wash new fabric again without a color catcher in the washer.

Good to know that it works after washing and drying too. I have some fabric that I washed together, blues and yellows in a FQ set, and the yellows came out a little dingy. Going to try and wash them again.

I had never heard of these color catchers but they will now be on my next shopping list! Thanks for sharing Ladies!

Aren't they great!?! I use them every time I prewash the fabric, and then again when I wash the finished quilt. I've never used more than one though.

I use them all the time - wouldn't be without them.

They are great. I use them all the time.

I read on the box to use one or two sheets depending on whether it was new fabric, or a lot of it, or dark colors, etc.
It was 6 yards, I think, of new fabric so I used 2 of them. |
