Thanks to all of you for your wonderful comments. I am very excited to see how well it came out, I was a little worried there for a while. The quilt is both pieced and appliqued (with a satin stitch around the pieces).
And no Andrew hasn't seen the quilt yet. He was born on January 16th, so he is less than a month old, so I don't think he'll have much of an opinion, but I like to make all the new babies quilts when they are born. |
