Well here you are again Missus Fear, I just posted a comment on the quilt you made for Theo. Love how this one will look too. I see you're a new member - welcome - and I'm going to watch for your name and keep track of what you're doing.

I, too, commented on Theo's fabulous quilt. You've been one busy little bee, haven't you? LOL! But with beautiful results so don't change what you're doing... LOL!

And P. S: welcome from hot, humid, horribly-miserable-right-about-now WI!

Pretty bad here now too. It hailed dime-sized hail last night for nearly 2 hours with varied bursts of walnut and ice-cube size. We dragged limbs off our driveway and covered cars all the while being beat up by it! Try and stay cool :)

And now today...

Still need to add black to top and bottom to reach the 88 inches needed for my window and about 5 inches each side.

Looks great in the window. After the front is finished tomorrow, I need to make the lining with the pockets for the 36-inch dowels, sew on the lining, add the dowels, make the headboard, sew on the rings, string it and hang it!

What a beautiful layout of colors! Good idea taking the pic first - I almost always do that nowadays. I find my mistakes better in pictures than in person. T'will be a daunting task with the stained glass effect of the black sashing but you must be up to the challenge. What size are the blocks? I'll look for the finished project in your window!

Guess I didn't look far enough into the post. Beautiful, wonderful result.
