That cracks me up.. a beginning quilter... LOL! Me, too!!! I just get distracted... & then I misplace the one I was working on & the cycle continues!

I made a quilt called DayDreamer and it is the exact same block you have posted. I got it from a Fons & Porter magazine, Fall of 2010 and the magazine is called Easy Quilts. The designer of the quilt is Sue Correa and she designed this Day Dreamer quilt which is featured on the cover. It looks complicated, but is definitely not. It was the 2nd quilt I've ever attempted, and when I finished it, I was shocked to think I actually made a quilt of this caliber, but it was the designer who made it easy.
