~flinch~ It was made in 2007-2008...in China...I have the same quilt on my bed right now...a Christmas gift from a friend on Christmas 2008...
Since the second one has some of the same fabrics, I would assume the same thing for it...

They really are pretty quilts!

Well, they are still pretty.

Billy, I really like your furniture. Very comfy looking.

Son of a $%^$@!!!!!

I went over it with a fine tooth comb and was trying to figure out how they did certain things and found the blocks are mismatched they used muslin for the backing. But know tags or places where tags were.

Lord knows how many little kids were beaten in the sweatshop while they were making this thing............there is a lot of work involved in this.

Billy, the best thing you can do with that quilt is to use it. The $ YOU paid for it didn't contribute to the sweatshops, that was done in the original purchase of it. There is a lot of work in the hand quilting on them, I believe they were machine pieced tho.
Mine came with pillow shams...

I will agree to the machine piecing part. I tugged at the piecing and the stitches were too uniform for hand and they were tight.

I think I am going to give this to the principle of our school because it matched her decor and she liked it so much. Even though I am making her a quilt to trade for a BARELY USED Singer 500A in cabinet with all of the accessories.

It even comes with the warranty papers and original bill of sale!

I dont know Charlee, you wanna know which quilt I am trading for the machine?!?

My Snails Trail I am making for resale. It is going to be a king size with full drape but I still should not have more than $15 in the entire quilt!! My labor is just playtime as far as I am concerned so I think I will come out okay on this one!!

ACK!! SUCH a DEAL!! My quilts are playtime for me too...most of the time anyway....isn't it cool to have such a value put on one of your "toys"? :)
