I would make those microwave heat pads with wheat and lavender in them.

I had a lot of those and I prewashed them to get some of the treatment stuff they put on the fabric out and then made big rectangular blocks for a quilt with sashing & cornerstones. It came out really beautiful. If it has paper on the back remove as much as possible and then soak in a large pan, bathtub or sink to get the rest of the paper off, otherwise you will have a great big mess in your washer. (Ask me how I know?)
As other have said tote bags, crazy quilts, or the pretty evening bags would look good, too. |

I had some of those and they make great bags and purses. I even made some into a new chair seat cover for my sewing room. They are sturdy.
