What a stimulating family environment. Are they all as talented as you?

Yes, my quilt came in third this year!

Holy Moly! What came in ahead of you???

Well, when something bad happens to that evil person, we'll remember that you were quilting with us all that week.......

You may have caught on to the fact that I am Irish, and I made this quilt for my #3 daughter, Kim. She and hubby biked 800 miles in Ireland one summer. They were a Peace Corp couple in Africa, and now teach school in Alaska. The pattern is from a book by Elizabeth Hamby Carlson. It combines the two patterns, Irish Chain and Around the World.

Mine is a recent bed runner square I made for my daughters bed. First time ever doing tringle and first quilt in a long time.

Not sure if this will work, I'll give it a try. Nope didn't work. My sister's quilt was Once Upon a Time which came in first and my Brother in Law's Carpenters Wheel which came in second. Both more traditional!!

So very sorry on the loss of your child and I pray that your quilting is helping to ease your loss.
