You may have caught on to the fact that I am Irish, and I made this quilt for my #3 daughter, Kim. She and hubby biked 800 miles in Ireland one summer. They were a Peace Corp couple in Africa, and now teach school in Alaska. The pattern is from a book by Elizabeth Hamby Carlson. It combines the two patterns, Irish Chain and Around the World.

Not sure if this will work, I'll give it a try. Nope didn't work. My sister's quilt was Once Upon a Time which came in first and my Brother in Law's Carpenters Wheel which came in second. Both more traditional!! |
