All the blocks are pieced together! Now I need to buy some border fabric... gotta wait for a Joann's coupon on that one. I know just the fabric!

Oh! Also, what thickness of border do you recommend? The width of the blocks is (roughly) 36" x 48" total and I only want to do a single border.

Maybe a 2" border would do (in the brown)...and then bind it in pink!
Show us when you have it completed!

I agree with Jammin Jane about the border, although my preference would be 2 borders, brown then pink. It's your quilt, and your decision, of course.

SITD, if you are using a walking foot is, in my experience, faster than making knots. Some people prefer one, some the other. If you don't tie your knots really well, little fingers untie them. My DH's parrot untied his quilt.

You have done a really nice job of this. Be aware that a "perfect" quilt does not exist, however.
