Love the quilt and yes take it out of the plastic and get it appraised ...as for your priceless photo of hubby and dog....submit to quilting mags for others to enjoy!!!

It is breath taking...I have no idea how much it is worth but it's gotta be alot.

do not keep it in plastic. Use acid free something or use a cotton fabric in which to store it.
