I used the method of sewing two squares together and cutting up the middle. I find that's an easy way to do it. I'm sure I'll use them somehow, maybe make a matching throw pillow with any scraps.
I have an Accuquilt but all I've used it for so far is to run scraps through it and make squares to use in something... someday.

I'm with you.. I think I have all the small pieces made and am ready to sew it together. My quandry now is how will it be quilted? If I have a long arm person do it, what pattern would show it off the best? Hand quilting would be tedious as the design has so many small pieces. What do you intend to do, pittsburghpam?

I agree that the piecing is so small and intricate that trying to quilt it is going to be hard. I just ordered a set of longarm circle templates and think I will do a simple Baptist Fan pattern on it. It will echo the circles anyway. ;)
