What colors are you using? I am using kona material for the background.
I am using a beige tone on tone for the background. One light and one dark green and a butterfly print for the windows. They are placed in a "Trip Around the World" pattern. I started on it years  ago and didn't like what I had done, too drab, so I unstitched it all and went with these colors. I didn't have too much done, so it really wasn't that bad. I will try and post pics later.

Gorgeous. I began one years ago. I haven't worked on it since last March. I usually work on it Jan, Feb & March then go on to something else. No time for it in 2011 though.
Are you hand stitching or doing this on machine? Mine is all hand stitched. I cut out 1678 squares of the prints which are red, blue, and muslin/beige.
Hope you keep us updated as that may motivate me to pull mine out and work on it.

What is Trip around the world pattern? I guess you can tell that my favorite color is pink and shades of that?

Beautiful. I always wanted to make one but somehow get intimidated by the instructions. Love your colors.

I have been wanting to do a Cathedral Window for years but just never did have the courage to start. After seeing yours I may just have to stiffen up my backbone and get with it. Yours is just beautiful.
