    I want a tote bag that uses 12 1/2" unfinished orphan blocks for the two outer pockets. I quilted some denim I had on hand to check my measurements and just generally see if I liked the bag size, handle size etc.

    I quilted the blocks for this one so I don't waste any of my orphan blocks.

    I used the handles as the finished edge for a small pocket inside of the outside pocket. It willl hold my reading glasses, or cell phone, etc.

    would you believe a zipper pocket inside a zippered pocket. I also made a small zipper bag that just is loose in the bag. I need to put a strap on for my keys yet.
