puff quilt (king)
#14
I made about 8 full to queen size and 5 baby bed size Biscuit quilts. They are time consuming. Just don't fill the Biscuits too full of polyester fiberfil or they will be hard to sew together. I use mine only for decorations, too warm for us.
Yours is beautiful.

hi, I'm glad you like my quilt. in answer to your question it is really heave because my son-in-law wanted a fleese backing so this one weighs about 20 lbs. lol but most of them weigh about double the weight of a regular quilt of its size.

hi, glad you responded to my quilt,
the puff is fiberfill, the same stuff you put in stuffed toys, you buy it by the bag. I made my bottom square 5" out of muslin and the top square out of material 6" then sew taking a small tuck on each of three sides, when pockets are made then sew into a row as long as you want your quilt, after you get 2 rows sow them togeather with the open side of the pocket facing out and then stuff (not too full) then close the pockets with a small tuck in it and after both rows are sewn & stuffed then it is easy to just keep adding a row at a time till your quilt is a big as you want it..
