    I love your quilt! I really want one. My son's great aunt made one about 14 years ago. I wanted to make one then. She discouraged me saying it took too much fabric. I think that may be a quilt I make for myself after I make hubby his Notre Dame quilt.

    Love the colors you used. I'd say a month is really quick for this one!!! Good Job.

    the amount of material depends on the size you are going to make, you might think of making a lap quilt to begin with, I made 5 of them before this one.

    I was really in a push for this one, my son-in-law wanted it before the snow flies, he lives in the mountains.
    seems all I did for a month is sew. lol
