I had to show your quilt to my husband. He said it was a GOLDEN moment.
I love, love, love, love, love, love your quilt. It is just perfect.

What a great quilt. I just want to hug that cute puppy. Great job, and I hope it raises lots of money.

Wow! Thank you all! I've been away from the PC all weekend, so I'm playing catch-up.
Regarding the other dog quilt using coloring books for designs -- Good thinking! I have also used coloring books for projects. And now there's "clip art" too.
Regarding "the business" -- No, I'm not in the business.
Regarding the shoes -- see the post/reply with the time stamp Sept. 25, 2009 10:27:51, which I think is on page 2.
Regarding the finished quilt -- The LQS plans to post it on her web site. When that happens I will let you all know. I don't think the site is up and running yet. If there is some way that you could buy tickets on-line, I could let you know about that, also. It looks like the raffle won't be for a couple months.
I started another block this weekend. Love birds. Not as adorable as puppies, but I wanted to do something colorful. Will post when complete. Now I have run out of Wunder Under, and I'm having a hectic month as it is, so I believe the bird block will be the last one for this contest.
    Thanks again, everybody!

I'm a beginning quilter, but have friends who are experts. Will you share some of your quilt blocks so that we too can do a quilt to benefit our local rescue? We're also involved with training our dogs for future work in Animal Assisted Therapy. Thanks
