Seeing there are so many animal lovers in our quilting world, I wanted to share a quilt I made for my son-in-law.

He had scoffed when I made a quilt for my daughter to snuggle on the couch with in winter, but it wasn't long before he announced that her quilt was far too short for his 6'5" length. Not long after, they brought home a new puppy that "Dad" was besotted with so his Christmas present that year was a Puppy Quilt. I included as much doggy fabric as I could find and photos of the new puppy as well as their older dog. It was a very scrappy type quilt that just evolved as I found fabrics and lots of fun to do. He just loves it - and so does puppy :!: :D

What a great quilt! Not being a pet owner (other than fish), it's easy to forget how much some people love their pets. I think most animal lovers would love a quilt like that. :)
