Thank you all.
It is from Maple Island Quilts. It is just labeled BQ2 I picked it up from my LQS. They do have a website with a lot of interesting patterns.

The fabric is a Hoffman http://www.hoffmanfabrics.com/SuperS...ProductID=4796 the pictures I took with a blurry camera do not do the fabric justice. It was and easy to do. (needed to get it done asap for a birthday gift)
