This is beautiful!! I love purple and my "kids" call me the log cabin queen. Right now planning a new one as soon as I finish quilt top I am calling granny's scrappy windmill since I am using all material I purchased but have since "fell out of love with". Granny

love the quilt and the story. my girls will occasionally do that do. I am in my 50 and they are in their 20s but they are never to old to sit on my lap. (atleast for a lttle while, then they are to heavy)

The quilt is beautiful and so is the story! I like when my girls curl up on my lap too! {Me 54, DDs 33 and 23, DGD 14, 10, 2, and 2} My oldest daughter would have fallen in love with it too...I made her a purple dresden.
