    This quilt has a soft spot in my heart, our middle daughter and her family are missionaries in Bulgaria working with the Romas. Our daughter has 2 cats for my 2 Grandsons. Some unknown information...dogs run wild in the streets of Bulgaria usually in packs, most are friendly but some are not. But there is some law that protects the dogs running at large, I don't recall what it is & why but thats the way it is so I imagine there isn't a lot of cats to be found what with all the stray dogs running at large.
