I think if it were me...I might just applique the blue piece onto the border and be done with it. That way you could twist and turn and get it exactly where you want it.

Love the quilt! My grandson (mildly autistic btw) absolutely loves puzzles. My daughter and I got some of the autism awareness fabric from Hobby Lobby this afternoon to make him a pillow. Now I'm going to HAVE to make him a puzzle quilt for Christmas!
