    I like the large meander, it helps to keep the quilt softer

    I think it looks beautiful as is. I wouldn't do a thing to it. It looks like it was meant to be that way.

    I once added a line to make a ribbon effect and because of the one sided effect I ended up adding a line on both sides and loved the effect. It looked unbalance at first with only one side added, but looked very complicated and nice after the other side was added. There was no way I could take out the stitching because my machine stitches are almost impossible to remove.

    You could always just do some little meandering inside all the large meandering. I personally like the large meandering in the borders.

    Could you put leaves along your large meandering stiches? Perhaps is a different thread color

    looks great.you could mini-stipple in the big stipples-just an idea it really likes fine.
