    windy canyon

thanks for the compliment but i believe ANYBODY could do this, if i see a pattern i like i just break it down into a square block & go from there! [i pick the EZ ones, too, that way i don't get so bored before they're finished!]

i contemplated that but i think they're too inconsistent in color to be joined together........
Thank you so much for the sizes....these are awesome blocks, you are very lucky (and talented) to be able to come up with this from a pic.

nursie76 or anyone who wants to make this ----just a little note before i forget---if you want to make that center square one piece [if you are using 3.5" squares] then the center is 6.5". All you need to do to figure the center is use the measurement of the size block you want to make---we'll use 4.5 as an example? 4.5" and double it=9 inches and subtract half an inch for [2] quarter inch seams and you have 8.5 inches-----this would be your CENTER SQUARE if you use 4.5" blocks!!! 8.5" OK? clear as mud? hope this helps

I like the red white and blue one, the pattern looks complicated to me, I like to experiment as you have done, as I have found that what you imagine in your head is not always how it will turn out, I am a visual person and have to see it made up for myself. I like the country one which could also be good to use for Christmas in red geen and white.

I love the country one! I even have some of the same fabrics. Just not sure I can piece without a pattern. I'm still fairly new at this.

    I love them all.

I would put them all together and finish it up, give it to a young child and they will love it. I think every pieced block deserves to be finished. I finish every one I start, before goning on to another. I'm always anxious to see them come together and finished. Works great for me.

I love the first one, I think the color is just fine. Also the country & the Red White an Blue. I can't make out the pattern of the Holloween Qt. All the fabric is so busy I love the fabric if it were in bigger peices. I don't mean to critasize, I admire what you have done. Theresse
