It's in a book but I think there's a video on the Quilt In a Day website. I first saw it on PBS then bought the book.

I traced a plate in the center and quilted radiating circles using the guide on my walking foot to keep them evenly spaced. The small ones in the center were hardest but it got easier as the circles got larger.

Your quilt is lovely. The first quilt I ever made was a Trip and it was for a baby. I used primary colors and laid each square out on the floor in the pattern and then sewed it together. I know that now they use tubes and make them completely different, I haven't looked at Eleanor Burns lately to see how you made this one. You did a good job.

Eleanor doesn't do "hard" quilts - thank heaven. Your is great. I think she'll love it.

Your quilt is beautiful and I love the colors. I think a Trip Around the World quilt was one of the first ones that I completed.
