Lovely quilt and I am so sorry for your loss. I am facing the anniversary of losing my DH and it never seems to get easier so I send a hug (((((((((((((((( sew mom))))))))))))) and prayers to go along.

It looks beautiful. Warm and feminine looking. She will eventually love it even if she doesn't tell you.

It is beautiful! My mother always says something nasty (she is 80 in July) So I know how you feel! I do the same give it to her anyway. For her 70th I gave her a lovely lap quilt and she informed ne she was using it last winter!! Don't let her hurt your feelings.
