    Default Quilt for baby Ayva

    Finished this one up lastnight. Sadly the pictures don't do it justice, the colors are a lot more beautiful! This was done for my best friend's niece. The parents didn't want "baby" and had several colors they wanted incorporated into it to match different things they had. Mom didn't think I could work all the colors they wanted in but I had bought a FQ bundle of Moda Gatherings several years back that I had been waiting to do something with...and this was it. I did this on my new sewing machine so I am not as happy with the actually quilting as I might have been but it was my learning curve for the new machine so overall not bad.

    WOW, that is beautiful! Great job and I'd love to see the surprised look on mama's face when it matches perfectly.
