Many of you have probably read (or are hoping to read) Jennifer Chiaverini's latest book, The Aloha Quilt. You can now get fabric (by Red Rooster) and pattern (free) designed along with JC. I finished my quilt top and left it today at my LQS for display...sorry I didn't think to take a better picture (had only my phone camera with me).

It looks much better in person :-)

    The fabric is wonderful!!!!!

Here's a link to the downloadable pattern and where to buy the fabric.

    Very nice!

Hmmmm I'm going to have to find that book and read it. I've read most of them.

That is so pretty. I have read the book. After I did , I noticed that I had not read them all. So started over and I'm on #10 of her series of (16) in total of The Elm Creek Quilt Series.

I just read the book not too long ago. Very pretty quilt! I'll have to check out the pattern/fabric!

Just finished reading that book. I really look differently at quilt patterns to see if I recognize the Hawaiian style. Great colors!
