    This is a STUNNING quilt. You chose very difficult fabrics and threads that many of us avoid, and if there are flaws, I don't see them!

    The silver fabric is very deceptively soft metallic and very tightly woven (not sheer), in a polyester blend. Durable, from past experience and on the flat fold rack at JoAnn's for under $6 a yard!

    Thanks everyone...they really LOVED the quilt and, as sad as I am to see it go, I am more excited to start the next one, now that the holidays are almost over! Just a few more things to tidy up. No two people deserved the love and care that went into that piece and I am very proud to say they will cherish it as I have.
