    ToucanSam, you will need four different fabrics, two light and two dark, but yeardage is not all equal. Do you have the book?

    Jem65, hi to another Georgia Peach! I live in Valdosta, real south from you. And I do know where Conyers is. We lived a long time in Locust Grove, GA.

    Ohhh, that came out great. I love the Lover's Knot and it's pretty quick to make...like a half Log Cabin...and only four colors to work with.

    Very pretty! I bought this book a few months ago from Eleanor Burns. Haven't decided yet what colors to uses but your turned out gorgeous! Thanks for the inspiration.

    I have made this quilt a few times. Always made a king size one, and they are HUGE. But they do make a lovely and very quick wedding gift if one is needed.

    I also like to use Eleanor Burns' books. One of my favorites is the pinwheel one in which she teaches how to make a pinwheel with three different fabrics. . I can't for the life of me locate that and would surely like to "remember" how that's done.
