Just finished piecing this Hunter Star Table Topper. I loved the piecing process but I am stuck as to how to quilt it. For all you Hunter Star pros....do you have a favorite quilting design for this block......my fmq skills are very limited and I don't want to mess this up :)

Very pretty, I've never done one myself. Maybe in the future, lol.

Thats really pretty! I haven't done this pattern either. It lends itself to quilting around the red stars and then a swirly type design in the creme and green.....or you could QID ....or you could even cross hatch it after quilting around the red stars....thats how I might do it if I was looking for quick, easy and pretty. Whatever you decide will be really pretty though. Good job!

well I have a black and white that I haven't quilted yet because I'm waiting to be struck with an idea. Did you paper piece or just cut the shapes and piece?

Beautiful piecework! I love it! Sorry I can't help you with the quilting part, though!
