Default A quilt doesn't have to be pretty, does it?

I made this for my nephew, who is an amateur arachnologist. It is my own design and paper pieced. The spider is crocheted from black cotton yarn. There is a bit of red fabric under the spider, so you can occasionally see it peek through. I know it isn't pretty, but at least it is soft and warm. Hope he likes it.

I'm sure you made this for the right guy! I know it will make him laugh and be a great conversation piece for years to come. You are very creative, and I know he will just love you for making the quilt for him.

He will love it! Red belly on a spider? Is that poisonous?

This is one of a kind. Your quilt is just perfect for your nephew. How could he help but love it?
