I'm guessing her DH is a fan of Chevy trucks! Really nice quilt pattern, too.

Great quilt! And perfect for a DH! My husband would love that fabric; we had a blue '62 Chevy sidestep like the one shown!

The quilt arrived this morning. It is even more awesome than it looks in the picture. Was pretty busy today, but I did take time to apply the binding which had already been prepared. So all that's left is hand sewing it on the back and the label.

Chevy isn't as much of importance as the truck. He is a pickup man. His actual blue truck was a '75 Ford and he drove that thing until it had flipped over 100,000 miles more than once. When I saw this fabric it reminded me of Old Blue so I bought it and set it aside. Not being able to find anything else, I decided this year to make his Warm Wishes.

Thanks all for warm and kind thoughts and comments. And thanks again to Leesa.

I LOVE the Warm Wishes pattern....so much can be accomplished with that one. I used an 'allover' block western print to make one for my nephew for his 40th birthday and was so pleased with it. Her hubby will LOVE this one, for sure. Thanks for sharing.
