Quilt for friend's nephew

I made this quilt for my friend to give to his nephew who adores Buzz Lightyear. It's not easy to see in the picture, but I quilted his name Zachary on the black edge on the left. I used cookie cutters for a pattern. It looks a little wavy, but I think that is just the way it is hung. It was squared at every step!!!
