    This is a beautiful quilt, Yes indeed this should be displayed, your husband's grandmother did a wonderful job on this, her heart was in the right place.

    Cute story - love the quilt - I had a Grandma Clark - she recently passed away - she never quilted but could sew if I remember correctly.

    What a beauty!!! Please use it, this is such a treasure. And after 17.5 years of marriage, I guess, you'll keep DH and the quilt :thumbup:.

    Glad you got it out of the plastic bag..That's the worst thing for a cotton quilts as cotton needs to breath...And sooooooo glad you like it now, it is beautiful
