Thanks for showing this wonderful quilt!
By the way, do you or anybody else of you lovelies here know the name of the pattern? Please tell, this'd be more than kind,
    Anne
Yes, he's definitely a keeper. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the pattern.

Funny thing is that I know this because I've done garment sewing for years. But that's what it was in and it was safe on a shelf in a closet so I left it alone. I would check on it every so often when we moved and it seemed fine. Now I wonder if plastic bags are really that bad for cotton after all. Hehe. I mean, it held up just fine for 17.5 years in a plastic bag! Maybe the 20 year mark would have done it in. :)

Wonderful story and great response to a very rude comment. I am sure you got your point across and still remained a lady!!!! Your husband has found a jewel when he found you.

That's funny. My dd made her then boyfriend a quilt and gave it to him for his birthday. It was her fist quilt, but it turned out very nice. They broke up and she took the quilt to our house. That was about two years ago and to make a long story short, now they are back together and engaged to be married. I see that he has his quilt back!! He only had one cold winter.
