    That is a very nice quilt and I bet you and hubby are glad you finally got it out to use. I think after 17.5 yrs you are on your way to a quilt that may get worn out before it has to be given to anyone in a divorce. I can see her point though.

    Odd thing for someone to say...I think once a gift is given..that's it...no strings. Glad you are finally deciding to use it, it is a beauty and well done for 17 1/2 years!
