    Default Quilt for granddaughter

I fell in love with a charm pack last year. Knew it had my granddaughter's name written all over it. The top was easy. I didn't want to cut up the charms and lose the print. Then I had the grand idea of using minkee fabric for the back. I also made the border out of the minkee fabric. That kept me from sandwiching it and quilting it for the LONGEST time. Finally I decided to get up the nerve and just do it. I spray and pin basted and decided to do just a very simple SITD. I wanted to keep it nice and comfy for my granddaughter.

And here she is cuddled up with it playing with her toys.

Makes you just want to cuddle the quilt with the toddler. How cute is that picture?
