living in NY & living in Missouri is a big difference the only cost for me was the backing & batting that I already had the blocks all were cut & giving to me 356 of them, it took me i month to make doing it when ever I can, I sold baby quilt that all I had to do is quilt it & was paid $80 it really depends who is buying it

I think your quilt is gorgeous. We just have to resign ourselves to the fact that we can never sell a quilt and get what it's worth. Nor can enough thank yous cover the work we do on our beauties.I am so glad you were able to sell yours. Now don't spend the money all in one place!

I couldn't tell by the original post if you thought 300 was good or bad, but I figured you thought it was good. My mom and I were talking about the prices of quilts and she also said she didn't know people who would buy a quilt for a lot of money (say $1000+). She lives in FL.
I'm happy for you and think you did great.
