Default Quilt from a JoAnn Fabrics Quilting Class

Hi! I often take classes from our local JoAnn store in North Olmsted, Ohio. This was the February class. I thought I’d share it with you all. I did have trouble with quilting it. I’m a mostly stitch in the ditch quilter which isn’t ideal with this design. I used fabric from Moda Color Daze collection with Fireflies in Blueberry and Falling Stars in Cream on the front and Sea Glass on the back. Thanks for looking.

Oh, so pretty. I like how you made the back also. I've never taken a class from Jo-Ann's but always wanted to. That's a nice size cuddle quilt.

Very pretty quilt! And look at all those big open spaces for fmq! You can play and design something for those areas, even if just with straight lines. Check out some Angela Walters videos for ideas and inspiration.

This looks great. It's almost a reversible quilt, since the back is so pretty.
