Pattern name is Walkabout by Ann Lauer. But no pattern is really needed. Just one big square and the arrowhead square is made of 2 flying geese.

Thanks for confirming the pattern. I have some focus fabrics that I think this would work for. I have seen other quilt pictures of the Walkabout and they seem to work out well and should make up quick.
