This quilt is going to quilt guild tonight and will be donated to CASA. I love the wolf fabric and thought it was great for a little boy. This will be my last finish for a while. In a couple of weeks, three friends and I are going on a cruise to Alaska. This has been on my bucket list for a long time and since I'm not getting any younger...

The quilt is nice. Is it the Walk About pattern? Thanks for donating to CASA, too. Enjoy your cruise! I'm glad to see you getting to do something you've planned for a while. Tell us all about it when you return.

My nature loving girl would have loved this quilt. While her friends were going through a Barbie or horses phase she was wild about wolves. Not necessarily a boy only quilt. I make lots of quilts for donation but no longer consider them boy or girl. Sometime a boy will choose a pink or turquoise quilt because it reminds them of their mom or their grandma. I know it is a mind shift. Keep making those quilts for kiddos and teens. They need the warm hugs.

What a lovely quilt! It will make someone very happy, I am sure.
Enjoy your cruise. An Alaskan cruise is also on my bucket list. A friend just recently mentioned that we should do this, her husband and mine included. The boys can split off to do their thing sometimes as could we.
