Default Just promised a memory quilt

I just promised a 'shirt' quilt to a friend whose husband just passed two weeks ago. I have been thinking, trying to decide what to do.....thanks to your post, I am closer to a plan. Love the plackets border.

Some of the prints in old shirts are wonderful. I have been known to throw in a women's "man tailored" shirt too because they can have a great print design. I just wish I had kept all those work suit blouses from the 80's! Love your quilt.

That is a perfect "men's" quilt. I find it so hard to make a quilt that is manly looking. Great job. Love the buttons.
