You've done a beautiful job on it. And the pattern is lovely.

Thank you Cowgirl--What was interesting too was that she and my DFIL snowbird to Texas every winter and have been flying there for a few years now. My DMIL loved the quilt so much she said she absolutely wanted it in Texas this year for herself. She debated over shipping it, but finally settled on stuffing it into an already full suitcase---even tho it was a lap size--poor lady probably couldn't get much else into her suitcase after putting it in! LOL

The quilt is beautiful, really like the pattern and fabrics. So nice you want to do this for her and what a great realtionship the two of you must have.

Nice pattern and fabric- and lucky you to have such a great MIL- I had one once, but she lived too far away to really get to know her, and my late 2nd mother in law was getting demented, so I didn't get to know her awesome younger self.

That is so pretty. I am sure she is glad to have such a fantastic DIL. (I have one that is extra sweet, lovely and special.) What a true blessing to have such a treasure!

Very pretty quilt. I have this quilt pattern and may use it now that I see how beautiful it is. Thanks for sharing.

That is very pretty, its wonderful to have such a sweet mother-in-law. I loved mine and still miss her. She's been gone since 1981.
