Henry, there is no greater love than a grandparents love. For you to find out 20 years later that your grandfather made this quilt for you only shows you his great love for you. This is your treasure now so take good care of it so when the time comes you can pass on to your chosen grandchild.

What a wonderful gift you have!!
It would be worth more than gold bars if it were mine.

How wonderful that you realize the treasure it surely is! Warms my heart to look at it!

Wow! I think it's really cool that your grandfather quilted. It's a great quilt and what a wonderful remembrance of him! Do any other guys in your family quilt?

Henry, it is a wonderful. I think it is wonderful that your grandmother is going to help you fix it. That will add more memories to your quilt.

I have a top my grandmother made for my dad (finished after his death). I have been afraid to quilt it because I don't want to ruin it. I am now waiting for the computer to put attach to the sewing machine.
