    He certainly seems to have a good eye for color and pattern. Your quilt is bright and cheerful, and I'll bet that he enjoys it for a long, long time.

    Since he picked the fabric, he will treasure it. I've made quilts for my grandkids and lately I've used panels of whatever they are into at the moment. The last two who turned 3 in July - the girl got an "Elsa & Anna" quilt and the boy got a "Dinosaur" quilt. I don't make them big as I tell them they are reading/nap quilts. They also get a couple of books along with the quilt which go along with the theme of the quilt. It appears they really like them.
