    After my husband left for Iraq for the second time I decided to use some of those old uniforms laying around to make him a quilt. He is now using it in Iraq.

    That looks great, BG, you did a really good job on it. And I bet your husband is really glad to have something so special from home with him.

    the first time my husband was in Iraq I had gotten a request from another soldier for a quilt that looked like a flag, This is what I came up with.

    Love the way you did the quilt and what a clever way to reuse his unused uniforms :lol: And no one cam claim it from him unless they have the same last name :wink:

    It is small so I couldn't see clearly, who is in the pic , if you don't mind my asking ?
