Yes, he loves it. He even said so - a statement usually reserved for computer stuff. The pattern is Storm at Sea and the layout is Waves.

When we were married, he had a quilt his grandmother had made for him. It was pink and flowers and kind of girly looking. Long story short after 50 years of use it totally fell apart. So I made this one for him.
