    Well done. Those particular patterns are out of my comfort zone too, but I would have done something like what you did. There is always a need for a quilt.

    Perfect pattern for this group of very contemporary fabrics. Very nice looking. It is really fun to explore outside of the comfort zone.

    Sometimes it is difficult for us to work with colors that aren't our favorites. For me it is purple. My daughter has always loved purple and I guess I just got burned out with it. I made her a pinwheel quilt in purple shades but I don't think it turned out to be a favorite quilt for her either. Oh well, we try our best! HA
