    Default Quilt for my son

My son saw this as a freebie pattern at quilter's world and wanted me to make one, when we started discussing it, he was sure it would be big enough for his queen size bed. I explained to him that was more of a twin sized one shown but could manage to work it to a queen. His saying was if you fly I'll buy. Little did he know how much it would actually cost, but he's pleased with it. The ladies were I quilt at the firehall with wanted to see it with the borders on, they helped me pin it together when it came time to quilt it by domestic machine. Anyway we're both pleased with the way it turned out.

People rarely know the financial cost of making a quilt, but at least your son knows the cost of your priceless efforts on his behalf! Nice work MOM!!!

Red, black and white ~ my favorite colors. It is gorgeous! I am sure it will be a treasure for your son.

Could you please give the name of the pattern?
