The fabric is "Scrappy and Happy Baby" panel by Janet Selck. It must be very popular, for it is not easy to find for sale.

It is so adorable.....

What a beautiful baby girl quilt. Makes me want to do one, but there are no babies in my friend's or family's future!! Great job. Love the rick rack. And congratulations on your new DGGD.

Thank you everyone for all your nice comments. I just did a search on Google asking for "Scrappy and Happy Baby fabric", and several location came up. So I think you can still find it.
